She looks here like a tall version of Dolly "the Earwig" Malestrom from "Sodality." 

What's missing are the red bands/bows in her pigtails, piercing blue/gray eyes, and ever-ready temper.  Also, Dolly's abs are nowhere near that toned.  Dolly isn't fat by any stretch, but isn't a body builder either.  She's a petite housewife, angry political demonstrator, and former librarian that inherited a powered exoskeleton suit - and all the nightmares that came attached to its ownership.  Though to assume full ownership, she first had to prove her marriage to Jeraime was legal.  Even though it was technically hers, Darius was in possession of it for a time.  And even tried to frame her for "stealing" it when the two of them couldn't get along.  Being uber-corrupt by that point in time, Darius succeeded - at first.  Which meant Dolly gets to do jail time just like Twigz, but for a crime she didn't commit.
